Students in the Behavioral and Neural Sciences Graduate Program perform original research, culminating in a Ph.D. in neuroscience. The program is hosted by the Center for Molecular and Behavioral Neuroscience (CMBN) at Rutgers University in Newark.

Research in our program spans every level of brain function - from molecules to behavior to computation - and students have available to them the full gamut of cutting-edge techniques and approaches.

All students receive tuition and a generous stipend, regardless of nationality, and additional fellowships are available.

Applications are due December 15th every year. Master's degrees are not offered. Apply now.
