WGS supports research on gender and sexuality by sponsoring and co-sponsoring programs, including lectures, workshops, and conferences. These events bring outstanding scholars to the campus community, and allow the program to engage a wider public in our commitment to public scholarship.
WGS also provides a grant award for a graduate student engaging research in the fields of gender and sexuality. Support for affiliated faculty engaged in research in the fields of gender and sexuality is also offered in the form of a grant award, and is intended to promote the development of new courses in WGS.
If you are interested in having WGS co-sponsor an event, please submit a request via Google Forms.
