Success with SPS will give you, the student, the opportunity to work closely with a particular faculty advisor, while belonging to a cohort of 12 or so students. Once you declare your major or minor within SPS, you will be assigned a faculty advisor. You will connect with your advisor at least twice a semester to determine your course schedule, timeline(s), and discuss your professional goals.
Additionally, we will be offering professional development workshops that we trust will enhance your portfolio as you navigate the job market. We will tackle questions like: How to prepare a résumé? How to write a letter of application? How to apply to Graduate School?
