Rutgers University Brain Imaging Center (RUBIC)
This state-of-the-art MRI facility enables researchers with Rutgers, other institutions in the region and the business world to conduct a wide variety of studies.
RUBIC offers an array of advanced features, such as systems for eye-tracking and physiological data collection, aural and visual stimulus presentation devices, and high-capacity data storage and analysis.
Our recently opened facility provides researchers with a 3T Siemens TRIO for scanning both humans and animals, plus a spacious control room that can accommodate more than 10 researchers and students, with multiple displays. We also have a conference room, offices and waiting room available.
RUBIC is run by Rutgers faculty and staff who bring extensive knowledge and experience to their research and to the work being done by visiting scientists, upon request and as needed. Dr. Stephen Hanson is the Director.
